What inspires you?
Mostly my family. My boys are all very driven little guys and their
hunger for information reminds me that I’m never done learning. I also
am a bit of a space junkie so naturally Carl Sagan is my hero.
Favorite customer experience thus far:
Recently I got to speak to a customer who had experienced a few issues
with his account and was a little frustrated toward the end of things.
By the time he got to me most of his problems had been resolved and he was so grateful he offered to sell any of our staff members ski and snowboarding equipment at cost.
It felt good, knowing the history of his account, that we were able to turn things around for him and not only keep his business but see him happy at the end of it.
