We take customer service pretty seriously here at ASO. Our Ninjas are on call to help you out 24/7/365. But who ARE these mysterious people? What makes them tick? Are there any tidbits of knowledge they could pass along to you to make your ASO experience a better one? We decided to ask our Ninjas a few questions so we can get inside their highly developed craniums to see what’s going down.

Where are you?
Any quick tips or advice for our customers that you feel can enhance their experience with ASO?
Updating your web content software in a timely fashion when new versions are released is a very important step towards keeping your account secure!
What’s your favorite online waste of time?
Buying geek stuff. Offline, probably food shopping and the subsequent cooking that follows.
What inspires you?
My daughter, and my computer geekery, and my mead making. I make mead and some fruit wines at home, and it’s actually half-way decent stuff. I’ve got a pretty pro setup in my house at this point for it.
Favorite customer experience thus far:
PaleoTreats.com are awesome folks. Somehow I’ve been lucky enough to come up with solutions to a lot of their most pressing issues over the past 6 months and they really appreciated it.
