What do you do at ASO?

Along with my fellow Ninjas, I am on the front lines for customer support. In Live Chat, I enjoy interacting with our customers on a personal level, and working hard along with our technicians to get their questions answered, their problems solved, and their tickets created if the problem isn’t solvable through chat. 

 

What is your favorite part about working at ASO?

Working with great people and helping customers fix any issues they may run into.

 

What three lessons have you learned in the tech industry?

  • Always try turning it off and back on again first.
  • Google is your friend.
  • If you’re not sure, ask someone.

 

What’s one piece of advice you want anyone interested in technology to know?

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

 

If you weren’t working for ASO, what would your dream job be?

I would like to be a writer/illustrator.

 

Mac, PC, or Other? And Why?

I use both, but I prefer Mac. The functionality is a bit more streamlined and they charge back up faster, which is always a plus!
